TERMS OF SERVICE

BULLDOZER STUDIOS TERMS OF SERVICE V3.1.1

- ( 1 ) CONCERNING OUR PROJECTS

(1-1) All bulldozer studios "Products" are "Free-To-Play" unless otherwise is noted, meaning we do not charge money to play, watch or read our products. If you are caught attempting to sell our products for your own personal gain, you will be prosecuted. Also, as many of our products contain copyrighted material that was used with permission by the original owners of the material, the original owners of said material have every right to prosecute you should you decide to sell our products for money.

(1-2) You agree not to copy and repost our material as your own. Sharing blog posts and products on Facebook, Twitter, ETC is fine, but do not attempt to steal our products!

(1-3) You agree that Bulldozer Studios will NOT be held responsible for any damage caused by our products. If somebody misuses a product and causes damage to anything, that's their problem and it is therefor their fault for misusing said product.

- ( 2 ) CONCERNING OUR WEBSITE

(2-1) You agree to not flood, spam, or troll the website in any way, shape or form. This applies to everywhere on this site where user input is possible. This is illegal and unnecessary.

(2-2) You agree not to use foul language on the website in any way. Trying to worm your way around this rule will result in a ban as well. We can tell when someone is swearing around chat filters. Don't do it!

(2-3) You agree to not post any sexual related or pornographic materials on the website. You will not get a second warning should you decide to do this. Bulldozer studios is family friendly. Let's try to keep it that way.

 

(2-4) When using the forums, you agree to abide by the rules listed in the "Forums101" topic found in General > Staff Conversations.

(2-5) Rioting on the website is unacceptable, and will be dealt with quickly and without hesitation. In the case of MASSIVE or MAJOR riots, the website may be closed for a few days while the owner tends to the situation.

- ( 3 ) CONCERNING OUR STAFF

(3-1) You agree to not annoy, bash, badger, or troll the moderators, admins, and owner ( me ). They have every right to kick/ban you if you do.

(3-2) You agree that you will not impersonate a moderator or an admin. Anybody who is not a moderator or an admin, but claims to be one without any proof, is most certainly not one at all.

(3-3) No back-seat moderating! If you are not a moderator, do not take the situation into your own hands. Report the individual and leave it at that for the REAL moderators to deal with. While we appreciate your concern, we would prefer it if you left the actual moderating to our staff.

(3-4) Our moderators and admins agree to follow the directions for enforcing the ToS here on bulldozer studios, and agree not to abuse their powers in illegal ways ( such as deleting Blog posts, or falsely attacking moderators of other websites ). They also agree not to modify the website in any way unless I ask you to perform an update. That's my job and mine alone.

(3-5) No hacking / exploiting is allowed whatsoever. If you are caught hacking / exploiting, you will be banned immediately.

 

(3-6) Any attempts to falsely incriminate the staff is strictly forbidden, and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

- ( 4 ) CONCERNING OTHER WEBSITES & SOCIAL MEDIA

(4-1) No rude/hate comments on our YouTube videos ( or other such media ) will be tolerated. You will only receive one warning, but if you continue to act out after that, you will be banned. While some people welcome random haters for their own amusement, random haters are NOT allowed in Bulldozer Studios!

(4-2) Do NOT post links to porn websites, and other websites of the like. Porn is strictly forbidden on Bulldozer Studios for obvious reasons. Let's keep it that way.

- ( 5 ) CONCERNING MEDIA

(5-1) If your represent a company or a corporation, and wish to contact us, please do so over at Bulldozer Studios Support. Please provide us with valid proof that you work for a major company or corporation. DO NOT attempt to contact us via the comments section of our blog. Most of the time, you're message will be ignored.

(5-2) If you claim to work for a major corporation, but cannot provide valid proof that you work for that company, you will not be allowed to speak with us about any business-related topics until you can provide valid proof. Repeated attempts at this subject may result in action being taken against you.

- ( 6 ) CONCERNING GOVERNMENT

(6-1) If you claim to be working for the government, and wish to contact us, please do so over at Bulldozer Studios Support. Please provide valid proof that you are a government official, and not a scam artist. DO NOT attempt to contact us via the comments section of our blog; It will most likely be ignored.

(6-2) If you cannot provide valid proof that you are a government or federal official, your message will most likely be ignored and deleted. Those who cannot provide valid proof that they are government are either scam artists, or trolls looking to make a quick dollar. You may or may not be federal, but without valid proof that you're connected with the government in some way, we have no way of knowing if you're for real or not.

(6-3) Attempting to contact us about the same issue multiple times in the same month, with no reply from us, may be seen as spam, and may result in serious action being taken against you. Not only that, but it makes the government look bad. For your sake, as well as that of the governments, don't do it.

- ( 7 ) CONCERNING OTHER TOPICS

(7-1) No false reporting! The old story of " The Boy Who Cried Wolf " is not tolerated under any circumstances. If you are found guilty of falsely reporting somebody, you will be reprimanded. The same goes for reporting someone for falsely reporting you. Two wrongs don't make a right.

 

(7-2) If one or more of our products features copyright material or characters from other franchises, please be aware that unless the owner of said copyright states otherwise, the product in question will always be "Free-To-Play". Do not contact the copyright holders and bombard them with question about the product. Use the "Support" page.

 

(7-3) Do not mail us anything that risks violating the Terms of Service in any way.

(7-4) The owner of Bulldozer Studios may alter this Terms of Service agreement at anytime.
