Answering the most pressing of questions!

- CONCERNING OUR PRODUCTS

Q: Are your products Free-To-Play?
A: Yes. All Bulldozer Studios products are free to play, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Q: How much do your products cost?
A: Read the products page and find out.

Q: How long will it be before your product is released?
A: A set release date will be assigned to the pages section on the "PROJECTS" page when the product is close to being completed.

Q: Where can I download your products?
A: As of right now, MEGA.com is our preferred method for sharing our products online. All downloads can be found on the "Downloads" page. Please note that you will need to have registered an account with us to be able to download our projects from our homepage.

Q: How do I download your products?
A: Click on the button of the product you desire to download it.

Q: How do I install your products?
A: Products that require installation will have a "README" file in their folder. Read that file to learn how to install the game.

Q: Where can I get more information about your products?
A: Read the products download page. It contains LOADS of valuable information, such as:
 - Screenshots.
 - Date released.
 - Date of last update.
 - Content Rating ( E for Everyone - M for Mature )
 - A description of said product.
 - And more!

Q: Can I reupload or host a download link for you?
A: No. While we appreciate the thought, we would prefer it if you could post a link to the products download page, where people can get more information about said product. This is also to prevent people re-branding and selling our material as their own ( which violates the ToS ).

Q: A product is missing!
A: Before you freak out and start screaming at poor Anna, please double-check the products list. Look more closely at the product names. Remember that all products are listed in alphabetical order.

Q: A download button isn't working!
A: Is the button not taking you to MEGA.com, where you can download said product? Contact us and let us know so we can fix it! It's possible that MEGA.com could be down for maintenance as well, so wait a little while before trying again.

Q: A product contains copyright material. Is this legal?

A: As long as the product is not sold for profit, it is fine.

- CONCERNING OUR WEBSITE

Q: What do you use to host your website?
A: WiX.com

Q: How many pages does the website have?
A: Figure that out for yourself. Why do you want to know, anyway?

Q: How old is the website?
A: Our website on WiX.com went online on May 5th, 2017. Figure it out for yourself.

Q: A specific link, or button, is not working. What do I do?
A: If the link or button leads to another page on the website, contact us so we can fix it. If it leads to a webpage on another website, the webpage may no longer be available or could be down for maintenance.

Q: A webpage is missing!
A: Contact us so we can fix it.

Q: It says a webpage is experiencing technical difficulties. What's going on?
A: Something on that webpage has ceased working, and we had to bring it down for maintenance. Dusty Bumblejinks ( our mascot ) will let you know that the page is down, and you will have to wait for it to come back up.

Q: Why did you move the website from Weebly.com and SiteBuilder.com? Weren't they good?
A: They WERE, but we needed a chance of scenery, and Wix.com allows us more freedom to make our content accessible to everyone. Weebly was fine for while we had it. We would certainly recommend it to anyone who is interested. But we would recommend SiteBuilder.com only if your not critical about having your blog be limited to 7 posts without a paid upgrade.

Q: The website was updated. Where can I see what's changed?

A: Click on the version number in the header to view the changelog.

Q: What does signing up do?

A: It gives you access to the "Downloads" page, where  you can download all of our products.

Q: Why is the MEGA.com logo in the websites footer?

A: MEGA.com is our most trusted, reliable source for uploading and distributing our non-gaming projects across the globe. We decided to give them a special little thanks by including their logo in our sites footer. Clicking on the logo will take you straight to their website. Have fun!

Q: What do you use to upload and distribute your gaming-related projects now?

A: All of our games are now available on GameJolt.com.

Q: The homepage was tagged as RED by WOT (Web of Trust). What's going on?

A: Those fiendish BattleGamers are at it again! We understand that this is a very scary situation, and it could dramatically affect the sites handling of users who use WOT. Please be aware: Our homepage is NOT malicious in any way, and will NEVER be.

- CONCERNING OUR ORIGINAL CHARACTERS ( OC's )

Q: Where can I learn more about your OC's?
A: We're working on that. It'll be available in the very next update.

Q: Where did you come up with all these characters!?
A: I have my ways. But I'm not telling you. Figure that out for yourself!

Q: Can I use your characters in a project of my own?
A: Perhaps. It depends on whether or not you can avoid having them be out of character. Contact us for more info on that subject.

Q: Your character looks like a rip-off of a famous character...
A: Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. We do our best to keep our characters original, but every once in a while, something slips through that could label that character as a rip-off. Rest assured, though, that enough is done to help distinguish that character from somebody else, living, dead, or fictional.

Q: I've seen your characters on the blog and social media. What does it mean?

A: You don't really think our characters are relegated to desk jobs, do you? This is especially true for our blog, where our characters frequently appear to provide you guys with the lowdown on what's going on, or to entertain you in general. Next time you look at one of our blog posts, check to see who posted it. You might be surprised!

- CONCERNING THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Q: What is the Terms of Service?
A: The Terms of Service ( ToS for short ) is a list of rules that allows us to maintain order here on Bulldozer Studios.

Q: Why does the Terms of Service exist?
A: The Terms of Service exist so that we can all have a fun time here on the website while also enjoying our products. It gives our staff justification to carry out disciplinary actions against those who would break them.

Q: What happens when someone breaks the Terms of Service?
A: The Bulldozer Studios staff will take disciplinary actions against the rule breaker. This includes pointing out the rule they broke, reminding them of the ToS, and warning them not to do it again. If repeated offenses are detected, the account in question will be subject to harsh penalties, including, but not limited to: Being muted and banned, either for a period of time, or permanently.

Q: How can I help enforce the Terms of Service?
A: If you are not a moderator, you do have ways of helping us enforce the ToS. Firstly, report comments that you think violate the ToS ( be sure to read them first so you know what violates them ). Secondly, contact a moderator if the situation is severe. Thirdly, do NOT get in the moderators way when they come to deal with the rule breaker. Back seat moderating is not allowed on Bulldozer Studios, so do not attempt to take the situation into your own hands.

Q: I wish to appeal my violation of the Terms of Service.
A: Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Q: A video on YouTube says it got taken down by Bulldozer Studios. What does this mean?

A: The video in question was taken down because it contained copyright material that was used without our permission, or it was one of our videos simply re-uploaded and re-branded. We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to these sort of situations ( hence why it was mentioned in the Terms of Service ).

Q: Bulldozer Studios is lashing out at someone who broke the Terms of Service on another website ( Twitter, YouTube, etc. ). Are they allowed to do this?

A: We strive to provide a family-friendly environment no matter where we are, and as such, our Terms of Service extends out to everywhere we go. If someone breaks our ToS on a website such as Twitter, whether it was with our lead administrator or one of our moderators, it can carry the same penalties as if they'd violated it on our homepage.

Q: Why was the "Severity Level" system removed from the ToS in version 3.0?

A: That system was utterly outdated at the time, and we had to remove it to make room for our new strike-based system. Any offense that's severe enough to warrant an instant ban from our services will specifically say so on the Terms page itself.

Q: How are Terms of Service violations strikes handled?

A: When a user violates the Terms of Service, they are notified via e-mail, as well as on their account for the violation, and they receive a "Strike", similar to YouTube copyright strikes. The accumulation of 3 strikes will result in the instant termination of the users right to access any and all of our content.

Strikes expire 6 months after they are given. If another strike is obtained during this time, the 6 months reset.

- CONCERNING OTHER WEBSITES

Q: Can I share info about your products on social media?
A: Yes, PLEASE! Go right ahead! The more people who get the word about our latest products, the more popular they will become, and it will be a happy day for everybody.

Q: What can I share and what can I NOT share?
A: Confidential information ( such as spoilers ) is discouraged, but everything else should be fine.

Q: What websites can I share info on?
A: Anything that allows you to share info on other products should be fine.

Q: I found a staff member on another website!
A: Good for you. But don't start bombarding them with questions about Bulldozer Studios. Please reserve those questions for the "Support" page.

- CONCERNING STAFF MEMBERS

Q: How can I contact a staff member?
A: At present, there is no way to contact a staff member on the website itself. Eventually we will incorporate a way to speak with staff members directly. For now, the best way is to contact Bulldozer Studios Support.

Q: How can I be a staff member?
A: Read the "TERMS" page.

Q: A staff member is being rude to me / abusing their powers.
A: If you have proof that they are being cruel to you for no reason, contact us at Bulldozer Studios Support.

Q: What do I do if a staff member seems overwhelmed?
A: As stated above, please do not back seat moderate. They will get the situation under control.

Q: *MAKES A FURIOUS JESTER OF THE STAFF MEMBERS BEING UNFAIR*
A: Not exactly a question, but one that deserves an answer regardless. If the staff members seem to be unfairly strict about the ToS, it's because THEY ARE. We take the ToS very seriously here on Bulldozer Studios, for the sake of everybody here. Please remember this when browsing our homepage, and try not to break the ToS.

- CONCERNING OTHER SUBJECTS

Q: Who are you?
A: Sharing personal information on Bulldozer Studios homepage is not allowed.

Q: What do I do if I'm faced with a hacker?
A: Take a screenshot and send it to Bulldozer Studios Support. THEN GET THE HECK OUT OF THERE!

Q: How often does Bulldozer Studios bother YandereDev, the guy developing Yandere Simulator, or it's partners?

A: Only when something comes up that one of our staff members won't quit pestering me about. We encourage all of you to not bother YandereDev unless you ABSOLUTELY have to. We are not partners of Yandere Simulator, in case anyone is wondering, and likely never will be.

Q: How often does Bulldozer Studios bother Hasbro, the creators/owners of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic?

A: We have created an epic story involving one of the main characters, and have been following several of the shows creators on Twitter, but as of right now, that's it. We only directly contact Hasbro themselves when the situation calls for it ( such as a legal matter ).

Q: How often does Bulldozer Studios bother Disney, the original creators of Toontown Online?

A: https://plus.google.com/111555969531777054287/posts/F9EDiKy8zSE

Q: Can I donate anything to Bulldozer Studios?

A: Please check the "Support" page for more details.

Q: My question was not answered here. What do I do?
A: Send it to Bulldozer Studios Support. If it gets asked frequently enough, it will be added here.
